At Sleep Medicine Services Clinic we are contracted with All major Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) and All major Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO) for physician and clinical services. We also participate in government programs such as Medicare and MediCal.

The benefits for each insurance listed may be different for Clinic Services such as CPAP equipment dispensing and Consultation - Follow-up visits to see Dr. Clerk. You are advised to always check under your individual health plan, insurance or network to confirm whether Dr. Clerk is an accepted provider under your individual health plan network.
